Naples is home base for Captain Croix and Adventures By Steezy. Born and raised here, I know the back bays, channels, passes, and nearshore reefs the way a local does, because I am one. Every trip launches from the Naples area and gets built around what you actually want that day, not a printed itinerary I hand to every group. You text me what you're after, I tell you what's realistic for the season, and we go.
Inshore is where most Naples trips start. We fish Naples Bay, Rookery Bay, and the grass flats and mangrove shorelines around Gordon Pass for snook, redfish, and sea trout, with sheepshead and pompano in the cooler months and tarpon rolling the passes and beaches all summer. These are calm-water, light-tackle trips: great for kids, first-timers, and anyone who wants steady bites without a long, bumpy run offshore.
Want bigger fish? We run out of Gordon Pass to the nearshore wrecks, ledges, and artificial reefs for grouper, mangrove and lane snapper, and kingfish, with goliath grouper on the menu if you want to feel your arms the next day. Full-day offshore trips give us the range to chase what's biting, and I match the run to the season, the wind, and your crew instead of forcing the same three spots on everyone.
Adventures By Steezy is more than fishing. From Naples Bay we run private sunset cruises with the sound system going and dolphins usually escorting us out of the pass, sandbar days to Keewaydin Island where you swim, shell, and post up for the afternoon, and captain-for-hire days where I run your boat so you can finally relax on it. Tell me the vibe, bachelor party, family afternoon, anniversary cruise, and I'll build the day around it.
Every charter is private. Your group only, up to six guests, no mixed boats and no strangers. All rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, and your Florida saltwater license are included, so you bring food, drinks, and sunscreen and I bring the rest. Half-day fishing starts at $750, captain-for-hire from $350, and private sunset cruises from $600. No hidden fees, no upsells at the dock, the easiest way to lock a date is to text me and tell me the day.
What sets these trips apart is the boat and the captain. I run custom-built, shallow-draft boats that reach the back bays, oyster bars, and hidden sandbars the big party-boat operations physically can't get into, and I'm a USCG-licensed master captain, fully insured, on the water more days than not. You're not getting a deckhand reading a script on a packed headboat. You're fishing one-on-one with the guy whose name is on the hull.
